Mentorship
This is a one on one personalized mentorship for a 6 month period. This includes an initial consultation and also access to monthly group training. This is weekly training or guidance on a specific project.

Rick De Luca
Rick started his real estate career in 2001 as an appraiser. After 12 years of appraising properties through out Arizona, Rick has expanded his real estate experience to wholesaling, fix and flips, land development, rentals, and consulting investors. Rick has also been a licensed financial advisor, insurance agent, and is a Broker Associate in Arizona. Rick has a Bachelor's degree in Business from Northern Arizona University
Transaction Coordinator
Brad Rhodes
Brad is the unsung hero in the background. Brad is an experienced transaction coordinator, not only for traditional real estate, but also real estate investing. His transaction coordination experience includes, wholesaling, rentals, wraps/subject to transactions, and more. Brad has years of experience creating and developing contracts for real estate and construction. Brad has experience in the insurance industry as well.
